1. Files may be submitting as Adobe Illustrator CS3 (.AI or .EPS), Adobe Photoshop, (PSD, TIFF, JPG or EPS), Adobe Indesign CS3, or PDF files. Please export Quark documents as high resolution PDF files.

2. Convert all text to paths or outlines or include all (Mac) fonts used. Any PC fonts will be matched as closely as possible.

3. Include all supporting artwork (logos, photos, fonts, etc.).

4. All logos must be vector files (Adobe Illustrator or Freehand EPS)

5. It is preferred that files set up for print be in CMYK mode.

6. All photographic, bitmap or raster images should be 100 PPI at full size. Example: If the finished product has image at 90" in height, artwork must by 9,000 pixels in height, or a 9" high image at 1,000 PPI. Where possible, we recommend that you have Exhibit Systems scan your images. Our scanner is specifically calibrated to interpret and communicate color specifications for our large-format printer. It is your best method of ensuring the maximum clarity and color of your printed images.

7. All Pantone colors should be specified in the digital file and will be matched as closely as possible by our 4-color process printer.

8. All digital files may be submitted on CD, DVD, or sent via our web site.

9. Please include color printouts of the layout with specified sizes and any Pantone colors that may be applicable to the artwork. Without these items we are unable to guarantee the closest possible color match.
